TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMECOMING AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Property damage or personal injury
• Costs of purchasing or not purchasing real estate
• Repair costs or renovation expenses
• Any decisions made based on information from the Service
• Errors or omissions in AI-generated analysis
• Failure to identify issues in disclosure documents

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Reliability of AI-generated content

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Homecoming and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any decisions you make based on information from the Service

7. User Responsibilities

• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
